RestAR is an AI-based 3D capturing and visualization platform for e-commerce, that provides a one-stop-shop for all visual content from a simple video.

What helps you stay motivated on good and hard days?
The team. No matter what happens, when I see them I know we will figure something out.

 What are you passionate about other than managing your own company?
Product. And product-led business growth specifically. Motivated by amazing companies like Slack, Zoom, Wix, Shopify, and more.

Could you tell me about a time you got tough feedback and how you handled it?
Many times. Nothing should be taken personally. Positive thinking and understanding that the best companies got rejected many times in the past are critical for any new journey.

Can you tell me about someone who has had a big influence on your life? What lessons did that person teach you?
My uncle, a serial entrepreneur. Top-down thinking, focus on the one thing that matters the most, an alpha team is the key factor to succeed.

What would you say to someone considering starting a business?
It's all about time. Focus on a niche market with a great product-market fit and real value before investing time in fundraising from VCs. If funds are needed from early on, raise from angel investors/find the right co-founders to move quicker.

At what point did you realize that you were going to be an entrepreneur?
At 14-years-old, when I have started my first drag-and-drop website building platform.

What were the key relationships that mattered most? What were the key sources of support or resistance you encountered?
500startups and angel investors. We built the relationship and trust over time before getting accepted/funded, and when it came, it came in the best timing (in some cases after a year).

If you could do this project over again, would you do anything differently?  Why, and what would you do?
Speaking with experienced people from the same target industry to understand earlier if this target market is the best fit of it's better to explore other options. It will help to avoid pivoting in a later stage because of market-surprises.

How would you define your personal work-life balance in terms of ratio (50/50 70/30 etc)?
No work-life balance at all. Every second weekend trying to chill for a day. We are a young and singles team, no excuses.

What would I find in your fridge right now?
My mother's cooking. The best product-market-fit ever :)
